Great authentic Turkish zirh knife
I was looking for an authentic Turkish Zirh knife for a while now so decided to purchase this one and after using it for a week, I am really happy with my purchase, it is easy to use even for nonprofessionals. It is 24 inches including the handle and the blade itself is 18 inches and very sharp. The handle is made out of plastic and is 6 inches long, it feels great in your hand and a lot better than the wooden handle. It does not rotate while you are chopping. I love making kebobs and other Turkish dishes. This knife is great for mincing meat, poultry, vegetables and fish. I recommend this knife and this company and looking forward to purchasing other sizes in the future.

Sharp out of the box
Just received this today. Very sharp out of the box. Good craftsmanship and quality steel. Spoke to the manufacturer and inquired about a smaller version as well. They were very quick to answer and they said they are already working on different sizes.
