McKlein USA Kenwood Leather 15.6 Inch Laptop Case (Cognac)

When I originally placed my order for this bag via Amazon, I requested a "Cognac" colored bag. I received a BLACK bag and was not pleased. I contacted Luggage Guru via Amazon and they said that Amazon had the wrong UPC listed on their website and would replace it with the correct one.Luggage Guru sent me the return UPS label via e-mail immediately and I requested my correct bag to be delivered to me by a certain date as I was planning a business trip.Luggage Guru was true to their word and the bag arrived just as planned.I am very pleased with the quality and looks of the bag and the color. Very "first class" stylish bag for the money with plenty of pockets for all your gear as well as room for a laptop.It looks very professional and cannot wait to take this on my trip to show off!!I would recommend Luggage Guru to everyone...especially with their excellent customer service and quality of products!!

This bag looks and feels cheap. Sure, it has numerous pockets, etc. for organizing files, papers, and so on, but it looks like it was purchased at Walmart, Target, or Office Depot. It definitely looks like it is trying to be something it's not, which is an expensive, well made, attractive bag that a working professional would be proud/happy to carry into work or even on a trip. Did not get the sense that this bag would hold up more than a year or so.Don't purchase this bag unless it's the only one that fits within your budget.
