Motion Pro 14-0401 Polished OEM Style Clutch Lever

Despite advertised assurances this was not the part that fit my bike. It is what I need, but does not fit my system. Be sure before you buy!

The shape was good but the thickness was a little to fat and I had to file it thinner so it could function.

Fits after shaving the bolting area .5mmLiterally just scraped it on the asphalt for a few seconds, and it fit as it should.

Good fit, did have to file it down just a bit as it was a bit think to fit in the perch.

I liked 👍 the size & shape & finish of the lever. I'm certainly satisfied with the lever.

I admit, I was initially skeptical (because of the price), but this thing worked great. I have a 2000 Suzuki SV650 (naked), and this lever bolted right on. I've read reviews of other people buying slightly more expensive levers and having to do sanding and grinding and whatnot. I feel sorry for them. This thing fit on so nicely ... I wish the rest of the repairs I did on that bike went as smoothly. I got the shiny finish, and it looks great. Shipping/processing was pretty quick. I'm trying to think of something to complain about, but I can't. The nub on the end of the clutch cable fit right where it was supposed to, it activated the switch that disables starting with the clutch out just fine, and it actuates perfectly. Even the clutch cable tensioner ended up being in roughly the same spot it originally was set at. Great value.

Lever fit and finish are nice.However, THIS DOES NOT FIT A K5 SV650S, it is around .5mm too thick at the perch.I hope amazon updates their fitment guide.

The clutch lever fit great in the stock perch on my 1998 Buell S1 Lightning. I had to drill out the hole where the cable barrel sits just a little, because the Buell runs larger Harley-Davidson cable ends. This lever gave me more actuation in the clutch, since it doesn't swoop back as much where your hand sits.
