The recipes of these book range from easy to elaborate and they include a variety of flavors and ingredients that are sure to impress and satisfy. I go the book because there are a lot of recipes with rice flour and I'm Gluten Free, so this works great for me. The mochi recipe is easy to follow and very tasty, although it is hard to master right away. I have tried the sugar coated sweet potato fries and they are excellent, will continue to do more recipes to treat my family.

Completely mislead. Picture on front not included in recipe book? Picture on front is of an intricate dessert but nothingn like recipes in book. No color on inside - All pictures fuzzy, sepia toned, one dimensional and of poor quality so unable to grasp the look of any of the finished product/recipes.

Photos didn’t match with recipes and the author’s knowledge is limited. But good spirit. Basic and not much on the seasonality of wagashi.

It's got typos, the recipes are a bit confusing at time. Also got some formatting issues on Kindle edition.

Picture in the cover is not related to anything in the book. First recipe I tried (Daifuku Wagashi) skipped over an important step which messed up the entire recipe. Would not recommend this book.

La stampa è pessima.Qualità della carta molto bassa.Un libricino pieno di spazio vuoto, ricette simili tra loro, immagini in bianco e nero stampate male. Assurdo che un oggetto così venga venduto. Purtroppo non ho potuto fare il reso.

Be careful. If you order the printed book, it is in black and white. The pages that you can see here as demo are in colors, but they are only black and white in the real book. Japanese sweets are so beautiful, it is really too bad to look at those tiny grey pictures. I still haven't try to make the recipes yet, but I already saw a mistake in the first recipe instructions (something is missing between steps 1 and 2). And about the pretty jelly on the cover, there is no recipe of it in the book. I must say I'm really disappointed.
