Too acidic for my babies because of the Citric acid. I love this brands other food jars though and my babies love them too. Super healthy

I don't have a baby, I just prefer to use jarred baby food in baking as an applesauce substitute, as most time it's the perfect size I need.This one from Earth's Best worked great, has a nice sweet mild taste, but once baking is finished there's almost no apple flavor. Consistency is perfect for me, as I prefer a thicker applesauce.
