I really like the flavor and especially the energy. I mix this with beet juice powder, lemonade powder, lemon juice and cell. Helps my energy level remain consistent

I use it in my protein smoothie most days and gives a clean perk of energy. The taste is mild and the product seems clean. The blend is of the 3 different color types of Maca that have beneficial properties. I'll purchase again to see if has significant effects on hormonal regulation if taken regularly, but I think this one is a keeper.

After using encapsulated raw maca powder for a long time (250 mg caps) I was unprepared for the effect of this gelatinized maca product. My suggestion is to open your eyes and consume maca the way the people of Peru consume maca - heat processed under controlled conditions which "frees" the nutrients from the constrictive grip of the starch in the bean structure - and it tastes delicious thatway, also.
