The first one arrived with a tiny stem growing, which withered away to nothing within a few weeks despite caring for it as per the included instructions. Contacted the seller inquiring about a replacement, seller was more than happy to do so. The new one appears to be doing very well! The seller was very courtesy and helpful, will buy from again!

this plant or rather a dead root doesn't even attempt to grow, what a joke.

I planted the root in Miracle-Gro Potting Soil. It has been over a month and I'm finally seeing a little sprout. I recommend adding a growth expectation leaflet or email. Very surprised at the slow growth.

It arrived safely and alive in a small bag with moist moss. Upon first receiving it I didn't have the suggested vermiculite and perlite mixture to place it in so I left it in the bag an additional 2 days till I was able to aquire the needed materials. I've had it a month now and it is still doing well and alive. The directions did say it could take up to 3 months to root. So now it's just a matter of patience for results.

Product came as described as a root, though a little more shriveled and dry than I would expect. I'm a seasoned gardener and I own my own business/greenhouse. I researched growing requirements, i.e, atmospheric conditions and proper growing media, and was not able to sprout the orchid. After it was clear that the plant did not survive (4.5 months) I removed it from the soil and roots had not grown. Perhaps not the best buy. If dehydrated/ shriveled upon arrival, perhaps determine then whether you want to return it.

I ordered the red Ti logs and followed the directions on the package for one. It didn't do a thing. So, I used directions I found online for the other log and it didn't do a thing either. I have a green Ti plant that I grew from a log more than 45 years ago, so I don't think I did anything wrong. I guess if you buy this, you take your chances.

The orchid root plant was verified by the proper authorities and packaged with care. Can't wait to see it grow!

Fast shipping. Price is a bit much, got a (peace) of a bulb, yes it lived but you would be better off growing from seeds..
