55 is a product ID not the number of rail joiners in the package.
Buyer beware: The 55 in the title of this product is a product number and not the count of rail joiners you will receive per package. The actual count per package is 24. That being said, these are exactly what they are supposed to be and do just what they should. I use Code 100 track and these slid on tightly without issue and provided exactly what I needed.

Not 55 count there are only 24 pieces in the box
For $10 you only get 24 joiners that is a bit too pricy. Just go to a train show you can probably score a 100 pack for $10. Of course the description says 55plastic rail joiners which is deceiving. No matter how well the item works it should also be good value for it to get a 5 star $2.99 is about what a fair value is for this item.

I am very satisfied with the product. I was very disappointed in the length of time to receive the product. I purchased the product on June 25th and was given a July 7th delivery date which I thought was long but I did not receive the product until July 21st.
