bought it as a replacement to my old t6575b1003 that has been discontinued, the wiring isn't exactly the same, but I'm no rocket scientist and I could figure it out by reading the manuals. works like a charm.

High-rise condo with 2-pipe manual changeover HVAC, 120VAC.I'm fairly handy and have done basic electrical, but I couldn't figure this out so I got someone from my building maintenance to install it after-hours. Some notes:- Two units, same model, but bought at different times and different places. The wiring/pin configuration on the backplate was different, with different color wires for different functions, and different diagrams. Pay attention to this and don't assume one is the same as another.- You need to double check all "Installer Setup" software codes in the user guide. It might not work right out-of-the-box. For example mine was defaulted to a 4 pipe system with pipe sensors, so I had to change it.-my hvac units have fan speed control on the unit, so you can't control it via the thermostat so you just set it to "auto".Otherwise, good product, but I don't think there are many options out there for my type of system. My old manual thermostats worked, but they just dated looking (not a good look at resale or rental) plus the #s were so tiny I could barely see them without reading glasses. This unit has nice sized numbers, logical controls, and the display lights up at night when you touch a key.
