It's epsom salts
Great for aches and pains after a hard day, but it has loads of other uses too.

Good salt for the bath
Great value salt, its perfect for every day use in the bath. The grains are very small, kinda like table salt which I don't find with any other brand but does the job just the same.

I'm unsure...
I use it for foot baths and can't notice any difference at all. Also, it smells weird, a bit like chlorine and it doesn't dissolve fully in hot water. Perhaps, that's just how it should be, I'm not sure.
