This needs to be placed on a dish as to not damage anything it would sit on.

Box came very damaged. Unit looks nice and works for a bit. Get some good incense.
The unit itself is nice looking - - one of my favorites of burners offered. There were a couple of small chips, but I think I can hide with a same-colored sharpie pen.The box it came in could have been beautiful and made this a lovely gift, but it was dented/cracked. (So much I could not have gifted).As for the function of the burner, it takes a moment of course for it to start flowing, but it does for about 3-4 good flows. Note: if there is any breeze/fan, it can't flow. Even walking past it can disrupt the flow.I didn't care for the scent of the incense.... just a strong smoke smell. I'm ordering some scented incense.

Works well, if you keep it out of the wind
Really cool product....the incense doesn't last a long time though. One thing is that you'll need to make sure its in an area that doesn't have a breeze or wind so that the effect isn't compromised

The cone burns way too fast. This item is very nice
This item is very nice. The back flow going down looks like a River Fall. They give you cone burners😄.Love the colors. I had to buy some more burners because some of the burners is not to my liking. Also the cone burns out too fast, however it's a wonderful delight to have this in your home. I will be buying at least 4 more. They have lots of designs. I am excited

I cannot love it more!
I had my doubts about this working. I have to say it is very eye catching and relaxing just looking at the flow going. No windows should be open because otherwise the flow goes everywhere but I am very pleased with my purchase. I’ll have to buy more incense cones because the ones that came with the burner have no identifiable smell. For the moment it just look pretty. I am a happy customer =)

Perfect
Bought this for my fiancé who is a sucker for incense burners and funny things, he loved it a lot. The smoke comes down as pictured and it's very captivating.

Arrived on time but missing backflow cones
It comes in a nice box and is ok. It's smaller in person than the picture. Advertised that it comes with 10 backflow cones but mine did not (ordered 2) and neither had the cones. So be prepared if you like it to purchase some separately. They burn fast too.

Keep it clean.
This works great, just like the pictures. The backflow incense does leave a film, so after each use I wash it in warm soapy water, cleans right up like new. I also make sure I use it on top of napkins or paper toweling, or a dish towel. Just incase the overflow leaves some residue. Overall very good burner, for sticks or cones.
