This color rocks, and the thickness is perfect. This stuff will not tear, but it will stretch so don't over emboss it or it won't lay down on a card front without rippling.I ran emerald green through a 3D-Spellbinder embossing folder (Celtic knot) for a friend who is so proud to be Irish I'm surprised she hasn't started singing the Amhrán na bhFiann and changed her birthday to March 17th. That metal plate, with all the details of Spellbinder 3D embossing - wow. I hung onto it - could not bear to part with it so soon. Propped it up on my design area and marveled at the beauty of it for a couple of weeks before I had to complete the card and send it. It was gorgeous. Sand the surface a little with a fine paper sander, and the metal shows through for better pattern definition and depth. Nice product. I have it now in 4 colors.

The Shimmer Sheetz are perfect for a quilted project that will be embellished with punch-cut snowflakes. Sturdy, will withstand washing, and will shine beautifully.
