The picture says human hair. the descriptions says synthetic. which is it? this makes me think i'm not going to receive the product i pay for.

Hi when I purchased this hair 1 year ago, I was surprised it was brown. Although color#2 should be on the darker side than say a color#4, I felt like this was more like a color#4 than a #2 since the difference in the braid vs my natural hair was significantly visible; however if you are going for that look than this should be fine; however if you'll prefer that it blends in and look as closely as possible to your natural hair depending on the color of your natural hair i.e. black which was my case then I would suggest sticking as closely to your hair color as possible. In addition, I can honestly say I would buy this hair again because I really like the texture when it comes to doing two strand twits which is what I did; however I should have purchased an extra pack as a backup and also for sections of my hair that I wanted to look fuller. Depending on how thick your hair is you may need an additional pack but 2 packs did the job for me. I would be happy to answer any additional questions. Thank you.
