This is a wonderful book!
I really enjoyed this book! Some people have trashed the author in these reviews and it is unfortunate. This is a great book for people new to studying Magick and also highly recommended for the advanced practitioner as well. I read a lot of books on Magick and love the information in this one!

Informative
It's well written and I admire Damien for his perseverance during his wrongful incarceration which is why I bought this book to show my support for a fellow energy worker. Although my practices are a little different than his, I find this book useful for those who are just beginning their magickal journey. It wasn't long life changing for me though but kudos all the same to the author and I wish him the very best life brings.

Can't put it down
I ordered the ritual book, angels and archangels, and High Magick. This one arrived a few days after the others. I got about 20 pages into angels and archangels and was hooked but this arrived and I decided it was better to read it first. I couldn't hardly put it down and I know angels is going to be the same. Fantastic read. I've read many books of the type over the years and none held my attention the same or gave me the desire to really get into practice like this. 👍

high magick for long tern high results
This is the first book that takes away the mystery of Magick and presents itself as a daily routine such as yoga or meditation and once mastered helps you down your spiritual path. I wish I bought this book sooner. It has given me insight and has taken me steps closer with angelic Magick.

Beautiful Chef- d’Oeuvre
This has to be the most curious book I own in my collection. I’m a scientist and I never thought I’d buy an esoteric book. I must admit at first I was hesitant to buy it because I thought I was getting myself into the occult and soon I’d start wearing a vial of blood around my neck like Angelina Jolie. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Damian introduces High Magick in such a way that it completely dissipated all the prejudices I had about it. If the book had been any longer, as a beginner, I might have felt overwhelmed kinda like when you buy your first manuel in some new subject in school. I couldn’t get myself to stop reading Damian’s book because it made me feel like I was about to discover a major revelation about life. It was fascinating and Damian is an amazing storyteller. I love the humility and sincerity in his writing which made me trust his teachings. Did I find the answer to the question I’ve been asking myself for a long time and that pushed me to purchase this book ? Not completely but the beauty is that it has sent me on an amazing path to understand what is this so called “infinite consciousness” that people feel but can’t explain. Since then I’ve been devouring book after book about Quantum Physics from authors like Stephen Hawking (the Grand Design), Brian Greene (the Elegant Universe), Robert Lanza (Biocentrism) looking for a scientific explanation to all of this. There is none. So at the end of the day, I’m gonna take Damian’s advice and not try to explain it but instead just trust Magick. But how can I trust it without any form of scientific proof? All I can say is too many strange occurances have happened in my life that I have begun to believe (yeah like Neo in the Matrix except I know I’m not the One ;) I’m reading High Magick for a second time now but I’m doing the practices. I’m doing the ones I feel more comfortable with. The first time I followed a ritual, it really worked !! I mean it was spooky how well it worked. Thank you Damian and please write more books. You’re such an amazing writer that I’d even read a plumbing manual if you wrote one.

Cool read.
Fairly informative. Talks about the author's life, his story with being wrongfully imprisoned, and how ceremonial magick helped him get through it. He also provides detailed instruction on how to perform banishing, invoking, and rebalancing rituals, as well as other info.

Straight to the point with simplicity
Really a nice practice book coming from someone that truly overcame limitation and offers great generosity. Alchemy at its best.

The media could not be loaded. Todo me gustó de la obra,es bastante clara y amena para los principantes, se nota la dedicación del autor, explica en forma sencilla temas medio complicados, la mejor obra introductoria a la práctica de la alta magia! Compré la edición pasta dura y es hermosa.

Power of the mind
I stumbled across Daniel's powerful story, after I watched the movie made about his case. Being a practitioner myself since I was 16, I was absolutely delighted when I found out that he's writing books on his way of practicing. And how a mixture of breath work, visualization and energy work has gotten him through the darkest time of his life.It was 9 months ago, when I found this book. I've since then been diagnosed with terminal cancer and I'm homebound most of the time. And even though I had no idea why I was drawn to the book so much. I don't want to compare our stories at all. But with my body reaching it's limits more and more easily each week, this book reminded me again. As long as I can feel my body, my breath and my mind, I can still be powerful, no matter how dire the outside circumstances seem to be.Thank you for everything.

Great For Beginners!
The coverlet image is pretty rad and the discreetly textured and embossed hardcover underneath is quite lovely. As a book geek, it's those little details which make me happy. This book is not about his time in prison so if that's what you're looking for, he wrote a book covering his life story. This book focuses on magickal practice with the occasional concise prison anecdote. If you are new to esotericism or are a neopagan wanting to explore the grimoire magick which neopaganism stems from... this is a solid book to start with.It covers the basics and seems to draw heavily from Golden Dawn/Thelemite traditions with classics like the Middle Pillar and Lesser Banishing.I am looking forward to seeing what topics/practices will be covered in Damien's forthcoming book on angel magick. One negative point is the lack of a suggested reading list. I, and most others, believe that reading the source material and old grimoires is quite important for any seeker. Agrippa, the greek magical papyri, picatrix and other such classic texts should be cited and recommended for further study since most modern practice is derived from them.
