they actually look pretty good and strong and they do fit snugly in the door panel however the originals have a "gasket" or foam o-ring that is about 3 or 4 mm thick and acts as a cushion between the door panel and the metal door - these do not have that - i used some rubber rings i had laying around

They fit tight with no gaps around the panels. Just as expected.

Just like the factory versions, and they seem to hold up well.
