4 stars because this did help support my elbows on heavy lifts but I can only have it on during the lift and have to immediately unstrapped myself as it felt like it was cutting off my blood. It’s one size but I think there should be a size up. My arms are at 17 idk if anyone else is having this issue.

I am using these as knee wraps I like that I can tighten them as needed.

These are my second pair of the wraps and I enjoy using these over other wraps I've tried. However, the stitching unravels fairly quickly. I got these in November and have used them once a week since then before the stitching gave out after the 3rd week. They finally tore this week.

Amazing quality. Very good for protecting elbows during heavy benching, weighted dip or military press. I agree with some reviewers here complaining about the valcro breaking easily. I have found a way around that - dont strap it close all the way. Leave a slight piece available and place your thumb on it while opening it so that the pressure of your thumb keeps it stable and it does not break off by opening and closing everytime.

Looking for an elbow brace that would not hinder my movement during my workout. I have an injury that I had to get pins and rods in my elbow. This made me lift more than before. It feels great and gives a lot of support. I would rather have this than the neoprene brace,
