I ordered this product last year I. 2023 and was amazed and the look and taste. Absolutely wonderful. I reordered July 2024 but did bot really look the same or taste the same. But they were alright.

I've ordered this product several times and never had a problem. I really like the product--great tasting and juicy prunes. The last time I ordered, I received a message that the product had been delivered. However, I never received it. I asked Amazon for a replacement, but they said they could not replace it; they could only refund my money. So, I was given a refund. However, when I went to the website to reorder, the price had gone up by $13.00! I felt that I was due a replacement at the original price since I had never received the order, but I was told that a replacement was not possible. Very disappointed at the unfairness of this practice. Looking elsewhere for a substitute.

These are the best prunes I've ever had, including many other brands of Agen prunes I've purchased in France.My only complaint is that as often as not when I order these I get the pitted version instead. They're still great, just not as good as the ones with pits. Maybe the company should consider changing the packaging so they don't look almost identical?
