This thermometer takes awhile longer to equilibrate to get the accuracy needed for charting. Works well though and very satisfied.

I didn't look thoroughly at the reviews before purchasing... most of the reviews were for some sort of soap!! Once I got the thermometer in, I quickly realized it took WAY too long to register a temperature. Each morning that I used this thermometer, it took longer and longer to read. The last time I used it, I waited EIGHT minutes before giving up, it hurt my mouth and didn't even give me my final reading. After this I revisited the reviews and discovered the low ratings lined up exactly with what I was experiencing.It's screen does not light up, it takes forever to read, returning it was the best decision.

Disappointed in this product. It takes 4-7 minutes to take my temperature every morning, it sometimes doesn’t beep and I need to use a flashlight to read it. I took my temperature twice one morning to check the accuracy and it was drastically different. (I didn’t move at all when trying this and it took over 10 minutes.) Don’t waste your money.

This takes FOREVER to give you your temperature reading. I really don't like that. I don't use it daily like I should because of that.

Did not notice that most reviews are for other products not even related to basal thermometers and that the many for the basal thermometer were negative. Will be returning this product.

Takes a long time (5 min +) to settle on a reading, and then the "beep" signal never sounds. Hard to trust. Also most reviews are for other products - CPAP swabs???. Will be returning the thermometer.

This takes FOREVER to give you a reading. The end alert beeper doesn’t sound most of the time. Very frustrating.

I didn’t even think to read the reviews. Just wanted a basic thermometer. When I went to use it for the first time it said the battery was low. Tried using it anyway but it took several minutes to take the temperature and I’m pretty sure it is not accurate. Unfortunately I waited to long to use it so now the window of return is closed. Anyway, it’s going in the trash and I’ll start reading reviews more often!
