As with all Pure Encapsulations, the quality of the nutritional supplements is an easy recommendation for my clients with proven results.

My oncologist/dermatologist at Dana Farber recommended this brand as it has a great reputation for quality. She recommended it as their studies show that it helps to prevent/delay squamous skin cancers for those who are prone to them (fair white skin with much sun exposure as a child and teen). It really seems to have helped for me. Only issue is that the capsules are rather large and I take extra water with them.

I use this product for reducing inflammation in my body and have been pleased with the results. It is easy to swallow, did not cause any allergic reactions. High quality ingredients. No cons.

Seems like a quality brand. As with all supplements I take I can't say for sure how well they work. I've always taken supplements in my life but to be honest can't say they're a game changer for me. Amino Acids and HMB seem to help me keep some muscle mass but those are the only supplements I notice a difference when I stop taking them.
