Rapunzel Pure Organic Vegetable Soup Broth, 4.41-Ounce (Pack of 6)

I love this broth. Can't say enough good things about it. Yes, it's salty. If you're afraid of salt, they have an unsalted version. I own a restaurant and when we use this broth, we get so many compliments! The flavor is balanced. At home I take whatever I have a lot of - often broccoli, and tofu and just mix it all up. If you add green onion, sesame oil and ginger, viola, you've got an Asian base. Add fresh basil, rosemary and tomatoes for an Italian base. Cumin, lime and cilantro for Mexican. You get the picture. I even sprinkle it on veggies like a seasoning. It's the bomb!My only wish is that I could buy it in bulk!

My family loves this veggie broth. We use it with pasta, soups, steamed vegetables and curry dishes. You can use just the amount you want by scooping out of the jar (vs. cubes) and it stores well. It makes us better cooks because there is always broth on hand. Sometimes we combine with homemade broth but this is SO easy to use as a stand-alone. When my son is sick or doesn't want to eat what we're having, we use this broth with rice for an easy meal.

This has been my go-to quick and savory broth for many years. I buy four to six containers at a time to make sure I don't run out of it, because it sometimes becomes unavailable. It is made with sea salt, organic vegetables and spices, and a trace of organic sunflower oil. It's made in Switzerland and is completely non-GMO. If like me you do not regularly (or ever) make your own vegetable broth, this is a reliable substitute and the taste is consistent.

Good, solid flavor although a bit salty for my taste. We just pare down the quantity used and dilute with more water and or vegetables.

I was buying this in the grocery store one at a time. Buying a six pack made the price drop a little. We use broth a lot and its nice to not have to always make my own. This has a good flavor and works in all of the dishes and soups that call for broth. A nice vegan option.

Was sad to see the normal, bullion cubes were out of stock in several locations. I read that they had an error on some labels and had to reformat. So decided to order this to use, as this brand is our ONLY and Favorite bullion. VERY happy! Works great, same flavor and actually more economical packaging and we can just scoop out what we need. Love Rapunzel products.

This is supposed to be a quantity of 6. Have ordered before and recently reordered. But what I got was a box box with one jar rattling around. Can’t return grocery items so I just paid 6x and am stuck.

This broth has been a staple in my pantry for about five years now. I use it in soups, stews, pilafs, casseroles, mashed potatoes, curries, sauces and more. Because I use so much of it I was pleased to find that I could get it in quantity and also in powder form, which is easier to deal with than the cubes when using large quantities. I am no longer a strict vegetarian but still eat like one for the most part, and while I can use this to fine effect in dishes containing meat, fish or poultry, it is nice to know that I can easily acommodate my vegan and vegetarian friends with few or no adjustments to my recipes by using this instead of non-veg broths as a seasoning staple. Couldn't do without it!
