Does exactly what it says on the tin... This is a stylish looking product which keeps cool on the outside while keeping drinks hot on the inside (or cold if you prefer). Design is excellent. It is splash-proof as suggested, fits perfectly in my car cup holder and is a great size. Really looks cool as well.I really thought i was looking for a leak proof cup but when i thought about it most coffee's i drank were Costa or McDonalds and they aren't leakproof... it just needed to be good enough not to slosh around and this does the job perfectly.Really easy to clean as well so thats a bonus.Excellent value, great product

Coffee cup cleans well and is well made, dropped it a fair few time since purchase but only the lid ever received damage and it's superficial at best.Can keep kettle boiled drinks hot for quite a long time, be careful not to burn your tongue like I do!For tassimo mind you the drinks will be luke warm within 2 hours or less so keep that in mind and remember to actually drink it.It's easy to drink from and can be opened with one hand when on the go, just bare in mind that the mouth piece will leak even when shut given enough tilt, but honestly, as long your holding it, it shouldn't pose an issue.Overall great product, well made, looks good and holds a decent sized coffee, would recommend

Really happy with this cup,keeps drinks warm for a decent time,also cleans easy and looks goodAlthought the lid is 100% waterproof where it meets the cup,the slide open drink slot doesn't seal watertight when shut,if this design was fixed it would be a 5 star cup

Don't write many reviews, but this is very nearly perfect. Not too big, robust, good insulation, lid isn't complicated, easy to clean, and most important of all it doesn't affect the taste or smell. I hate cold coffee, and this keeps it nice and hot, even when the lid is off, which means I can smell the coffee as well as taste it. Perfect. Yes, the lid isn't leak proof, but I don't expect it to be, and it is a lot more secure than a disposable; the lid is pretty difficult to work off when the contents are hot. The only way it could be improved would be if the surface had more grip. I can imagine that someone with small hands may find it awkward. I should have bought it years ago!

So the quality is great, the feel of it in your hand is pretty spot on as well; light weight but not flimsy like weak plastic. It looks great as well, professional yet unique, definitely something you'd want to show off while drinking your warm beverage. And speaking of beverage, it definitely keeps it warm, so great on that too!But - and this is a HUGE but - the lip/drink section of it is so poorly designed I'm not sure why they even thought of it. The lid itself is fine for the most part - great method of opening and closing - but the top indented right where you're expected to drink from, meaning you have to really dip down just to get at your drink. Also means you cant regulate how much you want to sip and just makes everything awkward.Would have returned the product just for that as I found it incredibly annoying/constant pain in my neck if my mother hadn't thrown away the box it had come with. Pretty sure I cant return the cup on it's own, haha. Just going to have to use it and deal with burning my lips as I can never guess when the liquid will actually reach it.Oh! It's like stairs! When one step is lower/higher than expected and just catches you off guard! Exactly like that. Not fun.

Best coffee cup ive owned. Yes it’s basic but it’s well very made and fits in my Audi coffee holder in the car. Hope to save a fortune with my own coffee and also help environment with no wasted cardboard. Coffee stays warm for very long time due to the double insulation. Cup is cool to the touch when hot tea or coffee is inside it which is a bonus.Absolutely love it! You Won’t be disappointed. Finally a decent coffee cup that’s practical, holds good amount of volume, decent lid, doesn’t leak, easy to sip from the lid, easy to clean, hardwearing, engineered beautifully :)

Love the simple minimalistic design and the product feels really high quality for the price. Super easy to clean with no odour. Lid is easy to pop on and off, but still provides a tight seal. Having purchased an insulated water bottle from a more well known brand I was tempted to go a head with the coffee cup but as a student £20 For a cup was a bit pricey. On offer at £9.99 this product turned out to be less than half the price and in my opinion better looking than the better known brand. If you want a coffee cup that does not let down on both quality and design and is also very affordable, could not recommend this enough!

So disappointed with this and I can’t return. Firstly leaked everywhere when I went to drink it and secondly had my coffee in for an hour and it was almost cold. Complete opposite to what it’s supposed to be. Other reviews seem good, I must have got a faulty one. Don’t see how it can be user error??
