This belt is absolutely perfect! The leather is sturdy and stiff, the snaps seem like they'll hold up well and the recipient absolutely loved the color!Just make sure that when you're buying the belt you note that this is sold for "belt size" which is different than your pants waist size. I took note of my partner's waist size, used the chart for the appropriate belt size and then sized up by 1 for more wiggle room and it's perfect!Just to note for the photo- we bought the belt buckle separately off of etsy as this belt does not come with a buckle.

Fits as expected, quality material and a good value. Goes great with both kinds of buckles: Country and Western. Plus it’s endorsed by the Blues Brothers (not really, I just made that up). Don’t forget the hat!BTW: Does anyone know why being a cowboy/girl is the only acceptable halloween costume to wear all year long? How do these things happen?

My son loves the design and quality of the leather. I did have to add another whole but I came with a leather while punch. Worked great. I do recommend and will buy another one.

Thus, #3 of your rating factors is NOT applicable. First of all, it is quite durable, so it has to be genuine leather, and it looks tooled rather than stamped. The black finish is beautiful, slightly glossy but just a bit. For the modest price, the belt itself doesn't look cheesy at all, but I deducted 1 star for the craftsmanship because the white stitching detracts from the overall great looks of the belt. All I can say is, why in the Sam Hill would you do that? When a matching, black thread would not cost the manufacturer one red cent more. Since otherwise I really, really like the item, but the glaring white stitching bugged me, I used a black Sharpie and colored the stitching black the entire length of the of the outer edges of the belt on the top side, (obviously not underneath!) This only took me about 5 or 10 minutes and it so improved the appearance of the belt, it's hard to distinguish it from my considerably more expensive black tooled Justin belt, which has black stitching by the edges. I also love the fact that this belt maker used snaps instead of Chicago screws to attach the buckle, which makes changing the buckle, well, a *snap*! So, add one half-star back for the snaps, to replace the star I deducted due to the unattractive white stitching, and it was a very worthwhile purchase.

A very good quality belt for a low price. I’ve had mine for almost a year now and it’s hardly worn out at all. Very comfortable to wear and fits nicely around the waist.

The belt is very nice and so far I am very happy with this. I did have to buy a buckle for it but that was only $6.00 and it works great. The size chart seems accurate. I used a cloth tape measure for my waist and my belt fits great. I have only had it about a week so I can't attest to durability, but it "looks like REAL solid leather".

Really nice quality, seems well put together, took a buckle nicely. Only time will tell if it will last. So far seems like really leather and smells good!

Looks well made. It has a nice design imprinted in the leather. Not too flashy for what I wanted.

I got this belt for my Halloween costume as a cowboy, not expecting too much but matched with the buckle it made a perfect look and the belt is great. This will definitely be replacing my old belt.

I bought the belt a size larger than I am so I have room to grow and can wear it for a very long time.The leather is well made and very durable. I have been wearing it daily for work and school and it hasn't gotten any damage.
