I have been extremely bothered by muscle cramping in my back -- up and down inside my wing bones and laterally along my waist area. I returned this product! It’s a powdery mess when I got it, so I tried cleaning each capsule, it dried my finger tips skin to a scaly mess.Can you imagine what it can do to your inside? Pick the brand your doctor sells. That’s where I get mine now.
