This quad cane is good for most situations. The foot base is smaller which makes it easier to get around in the house. Its lighter weight doesn't wear you out. The peg to adjust the height is easy to use. I will use this for the car. My daughters have outside steps with no handrails. I believe this will be sturdy enough to go up/down steps since I will not be alone while visiting. I gave 4 stars for sturdiness and stability because it is light weight. NOTE: I have a much heavier and larger base quad for different purposes.

I needed a 2nd caane. This one is Sturdy, firm well balanced, dood handle. I recommend. Good on the sidewalk. Firm quad support. Good 2nd cane. I don't understand all the negative comments. REVIEW UPDATE Now I understand the negative comments. 2 of the rubber covers came off of the bottom of the cane. It's unbalanced, rickety and DANGEROUS.

I was leery of ordering because some reviews were bad, but seeing a huge difference in price for the same thing at the local drug store, I decided to try it. The cane was on time and in good condition except for the box it came in being partially torn open. My only complaint is the packaging. Cane is just as advertised and stands well by itself. Huge plus to not have to worry about it falling and rolling away! It isn't quite as sturdy as I'd like, though. Slightly wobbly.

Just not at sturdy/solid as the same ones I have bought from Carex many times before. Still have two... in great condition. Just wanted back ups.

If you want a clean hygienic device for your loved one - this handle is NOT IT. Handle is porous foam and so wiping with alcohol or disinfecting wipes won't clean it fully. BRING BACK the smooth plastic handle design. Cleaning is important - viruses, bacteria, dirt... yuk.

Excellent condition. Arrived on time. No problems. The cane was just as described on the post. Nice to use because it is strong.

This CAREX quad cane with the small base and adjustable height choices is perfect for me. Well made, sturdy, & doesn't wobble when I'm walking. Much better than a single "stick" cane.

when delivered, the cane did not have one of the four shoes and this is a part that is not available, nor does it fit the model and hence the item was not usable despite the high price pain for it.kingly take care while packing.

I like that it’s easy to use and adjustable my dad really liked it.
