LOVE the Color!
This is great little collar for our little black pug puppy, Ruby Tuesday. She looks adorable in it. I got it when we first got her and she weighed 4 LBS. She's over 7 LBS now and it still fits her. We've been able to keep adjusting it so that it fits her as she grows. It's a lightweight collar, which made it easier to train her to wear it. She doesn't like wearing anything, so she needed a thin, light collar. The reflective strip is a nice plus when it gets dark. Because she's black, she can be very hard to see as she darts around our feet in low light. As other reviewers have mentioned, the downside with this collar is the difficulty with the clip that opens and closes it, because it's REALLY hard to do. When Ruby is squirming and strongly objecting to having the collar put on or taken off, it's a real challenge to manipulate this tiny, tight clip with our old, stiff fingers. She's trained to wait for her collar to be put on and taken off now, but it's still difficult to do.

Great at reflecting light
Rogz sells quality collars for a low price. Since the price is low it would not be a bad idea to get more than one color (I chose purple). Rogz was better than the previous collar that i was using because it was much lighter on my dogs neck. My dog also became deaf and the reflective-ness was important for walks and talking him outside off leash. They are really easy to put on and take off with the snap on buckle feature. The reflective part of the collar is in the stitches that doubles as added strength for the collar. You can also adjust the size of the collar give or take an inch which is helpful if they grow hair around their mane (i.e. poodles). Lastly, there is a nifty hook for either a leash or dog tags.Proof of reflectiveness:[...]P.S. Remember that a looser collar is usually better than a tight restrictive one. A rule of thumb is that it should be loose enough for you to comfortably slide 2 fingers between the dog and the collar.RIP Lucky (2000-2012)

So far so good. My dog's been wearing this collar for a few weeks now. It's just a normal collar, nothing really special about it. I didn't buy it for the reflective properties-- it's minimal by the way. It hasn't broken. I have a smaller dog, that's maybe 10 pounds and about 2 feet long, on the leaner side and not pudgy. I feel like the collar is a little bit narrow-- my husband and I both agree we'd probably have rather gone with a collar that was a bit more wide, as our dog tends to pull at times when he's on the leash on walks or runs, and then narrow band is likely not as comfortable in that case.

Stiff Bristles on Inside Hurts Dog---Company comes to the Rescue
I recently purchased this collar (blue, small, reflective, 3/8") for my dog. The collar is very nice-looking and appears well-made but a few minutes after I had put it on her, she began to forcefully scratch at her neck and it was obvious she was very uncomfortable. I took the collar off and found that in several places the end of the stitching thread, which is basically a stiff, sharp bristle, had poked through the collar material and was digging into her skin. I returned the collar to amazon. This is something that perhaps should be checked at quality control because I'm sure mine isn't the only collar with the endo of the stitching thread coming through. The other possibility is for anyone who buys this collar to check the interior and with fingernail clippers remove any of the stiff bristles poking through. UPDATE: The company took my suggestions seriously and will now do spot checks to make sure this doesn't happen. They have sent me a new collar that does not have the problem, so it appears I may have gotten my first collar from a bad batch. I can tell ROGZ cares about its human customers as wells as about the comfort of its canine customers. I wouldn't hesitate to get a ROGZ collar in the future.

Great collar that holds up well over time!
I bought this collar for my puppy when I got him in September. It's been almost five months, and it still looks great! The collar has reflective thread sewn in that helps cars see us on nighttime walks (this has come in handy and few times) and a very sturdy ring that has been perfect for using with a variety of leashes. The collar seems comfortable to my dog (he hit at it for the first three days, but now never seems to notice it) and is easy to put on and take off.The color has stayed and there is very little wear and tear despite the fact that my dog almost never takes it off. This is a winner in my book, and I will be buying Rogz again in the future!

Nice collar but awful buckle
I love the webbing this company uses and I love the colors available and their sizing. The deal breaker and why I didn't purchase a ton of these collars for my three Papillons is that the buckle used on the small collars is very difficult to open. Yes, small collars need small closures, but this is really hard to get your fingers around to open and I have really small (size four ring finger) hands. I bought the Blueberry brand collars and I really like this webbing and the sizing here better. But not being able to easily squeeze the buckle to open it is a problem. I bought one color in the collar and matching lead to try them and planned on getting man more sets because I like one lead, collar and harness for each of my three dogs in the car, the RV, the vacation home and at home so I always have them handy. RogZ if you read reviews, please upgrade the closures on the small 3/8 inch collars.

Cute and functional
This is a nice little dog collar. The purple looks really sharp on my female Jack Russell terrier. She is approximately 17lbs and the Small size fits her when it is almost fully expanded. The release clip is sort of small (granted it is a small collar) and hard to release to get the collar off. She's worn it for a month and so far its been very durable. She loves to get dirty...I've had to scrub mud (and stinkier stuff) from the collar multiple times and it still looks like new.
