Just lovely!
I ordered these in silver and as soon as they arrived and I tested them, I went right back on line to order the red. They look very realistic when activated and they are festive. These are the first decorative, reasonably priced, battery operated tapers I have come across...and I've been searching for a few years. I have several battery pillar candles, but have only seen tapers in while. I hope they come out with more colors!

Not impressed
The batteries do not last worth a crap for such a dim light. They arrived at noon today and the light was zapped by midnight tonight maybe I’m crazy but I’d be embarrassed to gift this item

Must have if you like candles but don't want the fire!
The candles are so realistic looking and pretty and I don't have t turn them on and/or off every day because of the built in timer...WONDERFUL! Delivery was quick and they were well packaged.

Pretty but do not look lit.
These look pretty and fit in standard taper candle holders. They are not very bright. I placed them on my mantle with other Christmas decorations. From across the room you could not tell that they were lit. Also, the directions are terrible. You need 1 AA battery for each candle. I would not buy these again and would not recommend them.

Can’t see flame very well
Color is pretty but you cannot see the flame flicker, it is too close to the candle color. I got gold and white, flicker shows up so much better.

Really very glittery!!
I sent them back.... they were too glittery for the wall sconces in my front room! Really wanted plain red tapers but had to settle for white ones.

They did not look like 'burning' candles at all and were very disappointing.
