Brambles Meaty Hedghog Food 400g

Being a regular user of Amazon I use their 'Smile' site which donates to your chosen charity and for me that's Prickles and Paws hedgehog Rescue which, I chose because I have quite a few hedgehogs that visit my garden and my wife in particular finds them utterly charming. We feed them and have become so familiar with them we have given them names.So, just before Christmas I donated a tray of this hedgehog food as it was on the list of donate items in the rescue centre wish list.So, I emailed Prickles and Paws for their take on this food as they use it and here in their words is what they think.Thank you ever so much for your donation of tinned food. The Brambles tinned food always goes down well with our hedgehogs and nutritionally is great. As a loaf style food rather than chunks it is also easier for our weaker hedgehogs and can be mashed into a ‘soup’ for any with mouth injuries etc. We also rate the Spikes semi-moist food as this is great for hoglets who are moving onto solid foods.Thank you again for your support.Kind regardsKatySo there you have it. Feeding Hedghogs !!

This will feed the Hedgehogs for a short while.I think their number is slowly increasing which is wonderful.In the 80’s, I regularly had 7 Hedgehogs all feeding at the same time.Hedgehogs do lead other Hedgehogs into a garden where supper awaits.Hope this helps others...?Nick

This is eaten most nights. But I know that the local cats also like it. Best fed inside a hedgehog house.
