I bough this because I liked the look, it was on the price point and once I received it I liked the fit. It is very lightweight and I like the way it feels when I am biking. My last helmet was a bit bulky ugly and I wasn't wearing it which is a bad idea in city traffic. This one fit all the check marks. I definitely would recommend. I do some trail riding and this helmet sits right where you dial in the head band to stay. My old helmet used to ride down on my forehead and I was constantly pushing it back off my eye brows, this new one does not move at all.

The helmet appears to be generally well made but the headband tensioner ratchet mechanism (the little wheel at the back of the helmet) slips and does not reliably hold the helmet in place. A critical failure, IMO. Noticed the problem in the first week of use.

This is an awesome and attractive looking helmet for mountain biking. This is more of a trail or enduro helmet than a XC helmet though.
