I admit I was a bit nervous to order an expensive item from a company across the globe, but my entire experience with this company has been great - they have amazing customer service. They answered my questions and sent detailed photos that I requested prior to my purchase, and then once I ordered and received the tub filler they were again great at handling any questions/concerns that I had (there was a small defect on the handshower and they immediately sent me out a replacement part that very day). They also said they have a warranty on this item which adds even more peace of mind.On to the item itself now - we have several matte black Brizo faucets in our master bathroom (which are $$$) and the matching Brizo tub filler cost 3-4x as much as this product which is why we decided to try this one instead. I've attached a photo of the finish comparison. The black finish is extremely similar, it's hard to catch the details of black in a photo but they have a very similar sheen and they both feel extremely solid in your hand. The whole body/head/handles/handshower all are heavy and you won't be feeling any cheap/light weight plastic in your hands when you touch this. I think it fits in perfectly with our other faucets. Another reason we chose this tub filler is it's quite a bit shorter than most other tub fillers, which is a much better fit for our freestanding tub which is on the small end as far as freestanding tubs go.We haven't actually installed the item yet, but we did hook it up to the water lines to make sure it worked properly and there were no issues with the hoses/leaks. No problems at all. The "waterfall" flow was really nice and is nicely controlled so it doesn't cause any excess splashing, and the flow out of the hand shower felt really good as well. I will update with more photos once the bathroom is actually all put together. All in all I would recommend this faucet if you're looking for a black tub filler and don't want to pay the high prices of big name brands. The company stands behind their product and really makes it easy to recommend since I now know their customer service is also excellent.

I purchased this faucet for a new construction home and once it was installed by our plumber it leaked and caused water damage to the bedroom below it. I've tried for several weeks to get replacement parts to correct the problem and I've been waiting a couple weeks and no parts. I'm trying to return for a refund and the process is not easy. Not happy with the company!

Wow! The quality is outstanding. The price does not reflect the quality and i mean that in the best way! My contractor couldn’t believe we got this on Amazon. It looks beautiful
