It needs more,
Honestly if you read this go to team massive Joe's and watch a raw review. They go much more in depth than I will here, anyways here we go.It mixes very well with water, no blender ball in 8 Oz is fine and tastes like what you buy however,It needs more. Like buy a bcaa and add it to that and then put it in your workout. I saw and felt no effects even at 3 scoops per drink, during this period I was bulking and I didn't see any weight gain just from this, this does mix extremely well with biogro.I don't very well understand the science behind saa but it does seem to make sense when added to bcaaI bought mind for 10 bucks and for 10 bucks try it, it can only help

I like Blox as a product
I like Blox as a product. I can't say I notice any difference even though I tell myself the amino acids in the drink are helping. I will say that this is the only flavor of Blox that I don't like at all. This flavor is awful. Choose any other flavor and you will be fine. Choose this one and it may turn you off of lemonade.

I feel this product works well and have been using it for about 6 months. I find that it is easier to find on a consistent basis from Amazon.
