Whether this product will have the reported health benefits I can't tell. It is a solid honey, tastes like honey and tastes good. You can dissolve it i a hot beverage or just lick it off a spoon. Which is what I do. The strength is on the low side. When I order it again I will up the MGO.

I originally bought this for my dog because my research showed that this honey was good for his allergies and inflammation. However, since my dog is extremely picky, he would not eat it. Since it was a little on the pricey side, I put some in my tea. It is quite delicious, and so I have been using it myself. It is thick and kind of taste like caramel!

Seems to be helping with issues I was hoping it would help with ! Very good quality and the sugar content is absolutely lower than others . I do feel that it is helping with healing. I have severe HS and was hoping this would help with Information and so far so good it hasn’t been that long but I do see some improvements. I do think the value for the money is exceptional.

This honey is not like any other honey you’ve had. I usually buy expensive local honey. I was given a sample of this honey and was hooked. Besides the health benefits, the taste is rich and full bodied. The honey isn’t clear like the honey we see. It’s thick too.
