Growing nicely
Can’t really give a good review, yet, but they have thrown about 4 inches in the last week and a half, So I am happy with that. However, I am very excited to see how they mature

Mexican Black Corn Grows Very Well
The seeds arrived in great condition. I planted them around May 1st here in central New Mexico. Elevation: approximately 5280 ft. It is now August 19th and the corn stalks are enormous. The corn tassels sprouted about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I'm only now starting to see signs of corn silk. We still have a couple of warm months ahead. Hopefully, I will start seeing ears of corn developing soon. I harvested yellow sweet corn about 2 weeks ago.

Takes too long to germinate
I have not planted these yet, because I live in Maine and when the seeds arrived, I see that it can take up to 45 days to germinate. So, I will be starting them next Winter in the house. I thus do not have a way to know their quality.

Wonderful exotic buy
Beautiful kernels. Sewed them into the soil and they are already 5 inches tall. Thank you

Germinate these the right way.
Can’t wait for these corn seeds to go into the ground. Don’t flood the seeds with water. Start with covering them half way and then place a paper towel over the top. Once you start to see roots and green then take the paper towel off. Let them grow to about 1”-2”s then place them in the garden. Good luck all

Germinates easily, but I wouldn’t consider them ‘giant’
I soaked the seeds in warm water overnight, then planted in peat plugs. Room temperature was 80 degrees F, and they germinated within 24 hrs.The size of the kernels are no bigger than a standard store bought sweet corn.
