I ordered this pillow and was very happy with the quality of the product and materials used. Sadly, two of the buttons popped off pretty quickly.I reached out to the seller and explained the issue and said I was willing to repair the pillow myself since the pillow is huge and hard to ship back (unless you have one of those special vacum attachments to make something shrink to a third of its size, which I don't).They supplied me with a large needle, several buttons and a video to show how easy it is to replace the buttons.Meanwhile they sent me a replacement pillow as well, and this new version appears to have better attached buttons. If I do have a problem with the buttons I know now I can fix it myself pretty easily.The customer service person I spoke with seems to sincerely want to improve on the product and was very helpful to satisfy my original problem. They were aware of this button issue and are working to resolve it, but the reason I gave five stars for support is because they listen to their customers and are open to suggestions which I find refreshing - getting a person on the phone when you have an issue is a rare event to begin with!

We have a king iron frame bed and I got tired of my head falling thru slats. This pillow fits perfectly and is very comfortable. It’s perfect weight which makes making bed less complicated. Perfect for supporting your head while watching TV.

Very firmly stuffed, very supportive. True to the color pictured. However. it's not triangular. The cover is sewn in a triangle shape, but when stuffed full, it takes on the shape of a long rectangular pillow. We are using it as headboard for our platform bed and it looks great, is comfortable to lean back on.The cover isn't removable to wash it. That really upsets me. The buttons are stitched through the cover. So you actually need to unstuff it to launder the cover. Hence my 3 star rating. If you don't care about washing it, 4 stars.

These bolster/backrest/wedge pillows are exactly as advertised which is nice to see. I found the color true to my monitor. I purchased two of these and have no regrets. Note : the outside covers are washable -- I have not tried doing this as yet and would wash on delicate and triple read the directions on temp/dryer precautions. The buttons themselves overlap onto the area that you detach the cover from the pillow and there is a zipper on the bottom area. I'd use caution with the button area when removing. These seem a bit pricey but there wasn't much out there when I searched, that fit what I needed so I guess price is dictated in part by being a niche market. I will come back and add to my review if I encounter anything negative come the time to wash or with any unfair wear issues. Overall happy with product and would repurchase. Very comfortable and appear decent quality.

I've been super happy with this. It's soft, velvety, and supportive. Ordered the king size to go along the back of a daybed.

I am using this as a long pillow with my adjustable bed. I just bought a new adjustable bed, the back did not go up as high as it said, but they said I'm stuck with it! So, I found this comfy pillow that supports my back, in so much softness! Yet it has support too. I bought the light gray in Queen and bought another light gray in twin. The best thing is, I can unzip it and clean it! Very nicely made, not cheap at all! Love this gray! Goes with any decor.

King size is perfect for the IKEA HEMNES daybed. I bought this thinking only about the look, but I'm thrilled with how comfortable it is. It's changed my lounging habits because it's the ideal firmness, height, and angle for relaxing. Wishing I bought it sooner.
