22 oz is a pretty Big can . Easily Twice the size I used to find in the grocery store. I had previously purchased a couple of ¹0 Year cans of Bulk biscuit mix but the lettering was so small, I didn't realize that I couldn't make biscuits without baking powder of which I had none. So this can is big enough for me to use for both cans it's essentially needed for biscuits to rise up to their full fluffyneas. I Love how easy it is to add to recipes

The baking powder is very good and I use it for much of my baking. The packaging however leaves much to be desired. When I opened the delivery box was no plastic lid on the can. How am I supposed to close the can once the aluminum covering is removed? I didn’t lower the rating because it’s not the product’s error. It’s Amazon’s!!

my fav baking powder, I'm allergic to eggs... using this baking powder along with flaxseed meal as a substitute leaves my baked items a little more fluffy!
