I must say the company has exceptionally good customer service
First, I must say the company has exceptionally good customer service. Within a minute of my processing of a request to return it, I received a call from their CSR, Daniel, who promptly processed it and arranged to issue full refund. Having said that, the problem started when I opened the box. The instructions for assembling it are absolutely horrible. I had ordered a flush mount fixture and they had packaged all the parts for it whether it is flush mounted or hanging off a rod. Also, there was no detailed parts list with quantity or numbers, exploded view or step-by-step process to put it together. To make the matters worse, parts did not match or fit. I had a professional electrician helping me with the assembly and installation. After struggling with it for over an hour, we both gave up. I have seen better instructions on a $6 cell phone screen protector than this fixture that costs well over $300.

Large, 2 in 1, Tedious to Setup, Not Full Crystal...
Very Nice once completed.Very tedious to string each piece together and we only used Half of the Light!Larger than I expected.It is 2 in one. Can be a Drop or a Flush Mounted Chandelier.We used them for Flush Mount, and it looks good once set up.Just Note that Only the Ball at the Bottom is Crystal, everything else is Plastic.

Only ball in the center is crystel, all others are clear plastic like material.
Only center ball is crystel, all others are plastic like material. Too much work to put all together and manul is NO help, just try to follow picture. I bought directly from seller Gallery Lighting.

The chandelier is ok, but the instructions are useless. They are poorly written and incomplete. For instance, the installation can be flush mounted or a hung from a chain. What is not explained is the the different length crystals and how they are positioned. My wife and I have spent most of the evening trying to figure it out, and are still working on it. Very frustrating! We will not go to Gallery Lighting in the future for our lighting needs.
