Fucoxanthin is a low risk but possibly no reward product. There just haven't been a ton of studies conducted on it in human populations. In my personal experience, I did notice an appreciable increase in metabolism and therefore fat loss after about 14 weeks of CONSISTENT use of the product. 14 weeks. Not 4 or 6. And I never missed a pill. Then decide for yourself if you're willing to be patient enough to see results. It could take time.

I have been trying to lose weight, and i have been using this product for the past month. I use it in combination with other products (L-carnitine, forskolin), but I can say that i have lost weight (15lbs). It does what it says, did help with my appetite, and kept me fuller for longer time. I will definitely purchase again until i reach my goal.

I thought I was smart and would never fall for a "fad." I know that exercise and eating right are the ONLY way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, but I fell for this product anyway. It was a weak moment after watching Dr. Oz one day, I decided to buy this product--against my better judgment. Well, it's nice to be right! I've been taking it religiously for about 5 weeks now, following all the instructions, and cutting my calories too. Not a thing happened, like I suspected; I didn't lose one pound or one inch. Beyond the fact that I didn't lose anything, I am also unable to go to the bathroom regularly, which has never been a problem before taking this product. Oh well, live and learn. I'll never buy into a "fad" again.

I been taking them for a while now, not sure they do anything. I'm not real fat just that belly fat everyone has, work out and try to eat right, can't really say they do anything, but I guess they don't hurt eather.

After hearing about this stuff on Dr. Oz I was anxious to try it. It has not helped me to lose weight at all. I have been seriously dieting and exercising for 10 weeks now in preparation for a family wedding. The only thing I find is that I am having a hard time sleeping since I started taking it. :-( My suggestion, save your money.

There is cool science on this product, but it makes me go to the bathroom like crazy. I verified this by discontinuing and reintroducing the product a few times. This could just be my body though!

Tried this product for 2 months to give it a fair trial. I did not find that it accomplished anything it was supposed to. Not going to re order.

Both my wife and I have use this and it does keep the hunger monster away longer. I find if you eat something healthy after you take it helps with the weight loss. I am writing this review due to I need to buy more before I run out again. No upset stomach even for my wife which is sensitive to everything. Remember to be active and eat right is the simple equation. Less input more output.
