These are good if you want to gain weight. So yes it does work to gain extra weight with muscle. I gave it 5 stars for that and it basically says that if you read the bottle. I had to stop taking it because I gained 5 pounds on it. I didn’t want to gain Extra weight. It does what it says. You will definitely gain more weight and mass using this if your a guy looking to gain.

So far I am very happy with this product. I am 43 and was looking for a natural product to give me a boost to help hang with the younger guys in the weight room. I just bench 390, not bad for a guy in his 40's. Also seem to have a lot more energy throughout my work day. Plus, the added pick me up in the bedroom is something my wife enjoys. Will buy again.

Well after one month of taking this supplement i have actually gained3.5 pounds. I have maintained my exercise program and diet the same all the way through. I do feel more energy.I reckon when i finally hit the weights i will go up in weight allot more. My workouts are Tabata running hiit and a job on a assembly line. I average about20000 steps a day.
