This one was jjjuuuuussstttt right!! And yes, it is the THIRD piece I’ve tried to put here in my home office for my down time.All 3 times I perseverated, scoured the internet, searched for the best price and delivery, read a million reviews and got completely baffled by how some people think a piece is “the most comfy ever” while others call that same piece “hard as rocks.”I didn’t intend to spend this much but I’m really glad I did. It’s pretty much perfect.• Love the color• The velvet is luxuriously soft• It solidly made and yet very comfortable- just the right amount of firm to be supportive and just the right amount of give to be comfortable• We are the same length end-to-end, (5’10”) so it’s like we were made for each other.(The dogs think it’s made for them, but we will negotiate.)Amazon delivery was a little frustrating. The fact that’s there is no way to share this information with customer support is VERY frustrating! The supervisor on the first truck that came was WONDERFUL! Communicative and helpful. But unfortunately she didn’t have my box. The men from the second truck didn’t say a single word to me except have a nice day. I paid for them to unpack it. They just left the box and acted like I wasn’t talking when I tried to ask about it.Fortunately the chaise is wonderful so I’m good.

Terrible quality
The first time the sofa was delivered the packing was ripped and the sofa was damaged. I did an exchange. The second time the packaging was fine but the sofa was ripped and the side was not well connected. I gave up and asked for a refund.
