Good, cheap connectors
Besides watching an amateur terminate I have no experience terminating fiber and with a cheap cutting kit from amazon and a pair of needle nose pliers to gently crimp I was able to use these connectors with a 100 percent success rate.Glue would probably probably be advised however as the way I crimped them is not proper and probably requires a hand with good control so as not to break the fiber.I'm thrilled everything worked the first try!

fiber connectors
I have a lot of fiber work for Security equipment, And the ends are always getting broken and I have to re-tip the fiber (62.5m). These connectores are perfect for my work, and very easy to use. They have held up nicely to the guards who seem to kick and move equipment around all the time. I have used other products in the past, which are very costly, and don't hold up to the ware and tear that these seem to be doing for half the cost.

totally waste of time... and some money
absolutely no instructions, just guessing on what other shoppers say. Tried to glue it, didn't work, tried to crimp it, didn't work. Nowhere to get answers. I will have to go back to what always use, 10 times the cost of these connectors, but overall, at the end, I save time and money.

Frustrating and ultimately did not work
No instructions were included, but I found a strip guide on the Shaxon company website (see photo). I was only able to use 7 of the 10; I simply couldn't get the fiber to go into the other 3. I was as careful as I could be but it still took several tries to install the ones that would fit, which wound up making the upstream and downstream fibers different lengths. This in itself is not a big deal, but ultimately the connectors just wouldn't work right and I had to cut them off and try something else. I spent a whole afternoon installing 4 connectors! This was my first experience installing any fiber optic connectors so a lot of the fault may be mine.

Work great
Every tech should have these in his terminal box.

Lack of clear instructions is a killer for this
How do you use these? All the cutting tools use metric and the poor "instructions" on their website is imperial but seems like its missing details like how long the fiber should be cleaved to.It's definitely not beginner friendly.
