I like to keep probiotics around for my dogs. Well, every once in a while, they’ll have a loose bowels or some kind of stomach upset in the stuff works wonderful. If you have a dog that you’d rescue, that’s under weight and you have worm them. Probiotics is the best way to get them back on their feet. And I love profiles, the best friend ever.

I had a project come to me in January: A 4 day baby boar cross goat who had a broken back leg, a cloudy eye, four big lacerations, and who had gotten no colostrum. He had been kicked by a donkey the day he was born.Quite a survivor, he was unable to walk at all for three weeks, but with work and time, he eventually started walking. I got a tube of this as a supplement since he was so weak. He wasn't very fond of the taste but it really seemed to help him, especially after a bout of pneumonia where he was on antibiotics for a while. Pretty much just helps keep their stomach functioning like it should and helps them get as much nutrition as possible from what they are fed.Well, he is three months old now. Happy, healthy, and active. It was a good investment. I ended up not using the entire tube so I gave it to a friend who also had some baby goats, and she liked the results as well.The plunger has easily readable markings, so it is easy to give a correct dose.

Although the expiration date was 04/20, when I needed it for a baby goat with slight diarrhea, the product was completely green and unusable. Unfortunately, it was also beyond return date as well. Would have preferred to give a --0-- stars rating as it was a complete waste of money and delayed treatment of a sick baby animal.

My goats have issues with lack of appetite and generally get a sort of "run down" look right at the end of winter. Had our Vet come out last year and he recommended the probiotics . What we got at the time was....Probios Bovine One Oral Gel for Ruminants Tube, 300ccSold by: NRSWorld...which was a blue paste. The goats would fight to get to the tube. We also added Chaffhaye to their diet and they were back to their plump, energetic, happy selves in no time. This year same thing BUT this is not the same probiotic....it is green and grainy in texture. I am sure it would work as effectively but the goats won't take it...so at this point i couldn't say how effective it is. I am reordering exactly what i got last year ...our feed store carries it but it is double the cost of what Amazon sells it for. Just be careful when you are ordering....the tubes are different and the one that worked for us is the first picture above and you can see the blue color through the tube. The second one pictured above, is the one i ordered by mistake....the goats won't take it, shake their heads and spit it out ....then comes the "You're putting me on look?" Then they go into their "grief process," i hate that = / Good luck = )

What can I say about the flavor? Haven’t tried it personally but my 4 goats love it and when I pull it out, they come running!! ☺️

If you are finding that your current probiotics are not working for your goats, this is definitely the thing. My pickiest doe loves it.

Not as good as the blue stuff at the feed store that my goats actually like - which makes giving this much easier.
