Cosamin Cosemin DS Tablet, 75-Count

This stuff is great. I originally purchased this for my dog that was having some joint issues. As I researched, I found that it works great for people too. I have been taking Cosamin for about a year now and I rarely have any joint pain. My joints just feel strong and cushioned. As for the dog, she runs around like a puppy. I plan to continue taking Cosamin until I die.

We ordered these instead of the capsules one time and found that these tablets are unusable. They are large and are rough -- as though coated with sandpaper. They literally tore our throats trying to swallow them. (Had a sore throat for some time after taking them.)Can't they put some sort of smooth coating on them?If you are pulverizing them you may be able to use them, but otherwise they are painful to swallow.The product does work if you can find a way to actually consume these things.

For those of you who read these reviews, let me explain how I operate. If a product I purchased exceed my expectations it gets 5 stars. If the product is as described by amazon, with NO exceptions, it gets 4 stars. Also, note that any product I purchase a second time is at a minimum 4star+. Any purchase I fail to review, I would not recommend, either because you can purchase it elsewhere at or below Amazons price.

Even with arthritis meds my husband had knee pain but after a week of this he has been mostly pain free

I have been using Cosamin for years and it works wonderfully. This time, I did not see the word "tablet" instead of the usual capsules I use. These tablets stick in the throat and smell funky too.

I had knee pains if I sat for several hours at a restaurant or theater. Since using this, I no longer experience the pain.

Well I have 10 left & notice nothing, but if I buy more I will notice an improvement.... I guess I just do not have the needed belief in what is going to happen --- should not sell a little taste & expect a repeat customer -- ever. At least that is my opinion.

My husband has been using this for many, many, many years now, and really feels like it helps his knees!
