Cute plays, easy to use, easy to switch genders as well if needed.
I teach an afternoon drama class to a group of upper elementary students. The book has several plays to choose from, it also allows a range of ages to play as well. The kids love the play we are doing. It is The Case of the Big Bad Wolf. I would recommend these plays for a small to medium size drama class. If you are thinking big production, these plays are not for that.

Some of the plays are great, a couple a pretty weird.
I am using this book for a 7-12 grade Theater class that I am teaching for our homeschool group. Some of the plays are great, but a few of the plays are a little weird and I didn’t care for at all. Luckily, we only needed 4 plays for the school year and there were probably 6 or 7 that I liked! Overall, I feel like it was a great resource and I’d use it again if I had it to do over again. The students seem to enjoy the plays too.

Great for learning!!!! Developing the skills
Great for learning and developing skills. The language was as said "for all ages." Our drama class is performing many of them for their peers and parents. Any group on a budget can really appreciate how little it takes to set up the scenes!

Good plays, bad writing
I am a speech-language pathologist and bought this for speech and language therapy for my middle schoolers. Although the plays are cute, this book is riddled with grammatical errors (e.g., errors with their/they’re, plurals and possessives mixed up). Part of my job is teaching these things to my students. So to have them reading a text with these errors is confusing to them and frustrating to me. I wish this author would have had someone help her edit. She’s obviously talented and her plays are good.

I run an afterschool program and just got a copy of this book. I have read through them and look forward to sharing them with the kids throughout this school year! We are going to put on plays for the parents and community.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I am a Music/Drama teacher at an Elementary School in North Carolina and due to COVID19, we could not meet in person. We virtually performed one of her plays in this book and emailing the Ms. Griffith about performance rights was quick and she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this book and author to any other teacher!!

Lots of great options to choose from!
Our homeschool theatre group ranging in age from grade 5-12 is just starting out and this book is great for ourgroup. Fifty Farthings Short is my favourite play because the characters are quite comical and it's easy to for students to picture how they will behave. I'm very grateful for a resource like this!
