This should be listed in the description along with clear statement there is no returns or refund. The seller helped me get this working without Wifi. I would give it more stars, but after a few dry runs, I say this is good, but not there yet. 1. it should come with two batter packs since it takes around 6 hours to charge. This way, it will always be recording as needed because you will have one in thre while the other charge. In reiveiwn the pictures, I had lines in the video, a little low on quality, but it will record for roughly 16 hours. The batter gave me about 16 hours on standby too. the cables should be position a little differently as it easy to see in the box. A tissue box will fit well, but easily seen. I am making modifications to it by lining the inside to hide the cables. The price should be lower in my opinion and it should allow refunds.
