DO NOT BUY! UNRELIABLE! Stopped working after two months, no interest in replacement.
Bought through Amazon in September 2019 and used with water only for cleaning a dental plate. It has gone completely dead after two months. The fuse in the (UK), plug is fine, so it must be something more fundamental within the unit.Because it is bought through Amazon rather than from Amazon, there seems to be no way to return it to Amazon for replacement. The box includes a card from UKOKE with an eMail address to which they claim to respond within 24 hours. Despite eMails and reminders there has been no response.So I am left with a £35 piece of kit that doesn't work and no interest from either the supplier or the manufacturer to do anything about it.DO NOT BUY EKOKE MACHINES!

Compact and well styled
I like this machine. Very easy to use. I use it mostly for giving my fountain pens a good clean. It will, of course, clean jewellery very well.

OK but not spectacular
The results from this are variable. I'm not sure what distinguishes this machine (and the other consumer aimed products available) from the machines used in Jewellers but take stuff to a jewellers and it consistently comes out pristine whereas this machine produces great results for some stuff and mediocre results for others. We use a cleaning solution additive and that helps improve over basic water.

Can be used for a lot of different uses, but, a bit loud.
I honestly really like this product. I use it for a lot of things, including polishing jewellery and disinfecting nail tools (I just add a bit of disinfectant liquid). It makes jewellery look brand new -- especially silver! I do have to say, however, that the machine is super loud. It gets annoying. But, if you can cancel the sound from your head, you'll find no problems using it.

Looks a good little machine
Unfortunately had to return as changed mind on present for.my mum but this did look very good

This little machine is great, I can’t believe how much dirt it removed. Everything is sparking now.

3 minutes to sparkle
I just used this and I am IN LOVE!! I paired it with the Blitz jewelry cleaner. My rings were gross from lotion, sunscreen, hand soap, sweat etc. I don't have time to run to my jeweler to get them professionally cleaned. This does the trick, and same exact results! In 3 minutes
