A real talking point on my coffee table and invaluable during the olympics!

I spotted this in a local book store and was instantly grabbed by the astro-turf outer jacket. I think this is a great feature and cant see why people are bothered by it. The content inside is very detailed and interesting. I bought my brother one for christmas, and he couldnt put it down all day. Definitely recommended for the sports mad!

We bought this book as a gift for my godson as our own son has it and loves it. Very informative and interesting and the Astro covering is a nice little extra to the overall idea of the book. Really pleased thank you

First of all opening the box to find a book covered in grass (not real of course) then inside the book, its does what it says, tells you about almost every sport there is. Worth the value and very time filling.

The best book I have ever had

good book , good info, good price

I mainly purchased this book because it contains all of the Olympic Games sports but it also has a nice range of other ones such as Formula 1, golf, snooker and darts which are shown on TV. During the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, I was so fascinated and inspired by the Norwegian Men's Curling team's fetching trousers that I reached for the book. The book effectively explained the whole target sport game, including tactics and techniques, in just two pages with clear diagrams. I was hooked! The incident where the female UK bobsledder split her suit also had me rapidly turning to the section on tactics! Am looking forward to the London 2012 Summer Olympics and will no doubt be frequently reaching for this colourful and concise sports book.
