This is such a great little kit. I am not too sure about the scoopers, but we like this set for our hikes. BTW, the waterproof bag is just a plastic bag that it comes in. Nothing special.

EXCELLENT quality!!! The bowls alone in target were about $7 for 1 bowl. This is a great deal and everything is as you would expect. again Excellent durable quality. I highly recommend these for the price and quality alone. Plus it is a really cute and adorable set.

I have a couple of Chihuahuas and we travel a lot. I got 2 one orange and one green. This is extremely convenient for feeding and watering on the road.
