Light hearted, but completely serious...wonderful!
I preordered this book months ago. I forgot it was coming out this month so was very pleasantly surprised to find it on my doorstep Friday evening. I started reading it that night and while I'm only half way through the book, it is amazing. So many wonderful quotes! So much thought provoking information.Pam has such a down to earth, honest, funny, light-hearted style. But don't let that fool you there is pure gold in these pages. I did one of the exercises this morning before getting out of bed and immediately felt a shift in how I was viewing the coming day.If you are wanting to change how you view your life and the world in general, don't wait, get this book.

Disappointing
I really tried to keep myself from writing a bad review for this one, but one can only handle so much self-restraint, right?First of all, let me say I'm a huge Pam Grout fan. I devoured E-Squared, E-Cubed, and Jumpstart Your Metabolism. And I anticipated this latest book for 3 months, my hopes were high. The book started off great, too. Very inspired thoughts on gratitude, I highlighted a good chunk of that first half. I would've left a 5-star review if it was all there is. But all the buzz Pam creates during the first half, she mercilessly kills in the exercises (or Party Games as she calls them). The title promises a practical series of 30 experiments, but these party games were put together very sloppily, they were clearly added just to please the editor (as Pam admits). I didn't even get what I was supposed to do in many of them. They read like stream-of-consciousness rather than, you know, a book. What's worse, Pam keeps guilt-tripping rich people (or those aspiring for great riches) throughout, suggesting the more you have, the less other people will. That is so backwards for a LOA writer!I had to force myself to finish this one, and felt worse than I did when I had started, and I think this says a lot about a book that's supposedly on gratitude. So consider yourself warned. Sorry Pam, but I think you need to study some Abraham-Hicks and clear those contradicting beliefs before you set out to write another of these.

One week in and I see a difference
I got this book early, thanks to pre-ordering, and I love it. E squared and E cubed made me a believer, and with this book, I already see myself becoming more of the person I want to be. I took Pam's advice and I've been journeying my blessings - after one week I started to see that things were noticeably better. Also that I was noticeably better; happier, more calm and funnier. In addition, I love her simple instructions! I love that there are only two things that you have to do! My life is so busy already that I cant keep up with daily lengthy exercises. I tried the exercises in "The Power" and I couldn't keep up. Some people want to be hand held through this process of gratitude. They want strict directions on how to get it, I understand that, I used to be one of those people. Pam includes "Party Games" for this purpose. I think its appropriately named because life should be fun, we should play games and not make manifesting and raising our vibration akin to a college class. Where someone teaches you what you should know and you read and do homework.I started seeing my signs, for instance I see coins everywhere now and shooting stars and even repeating number 1's. This only started after reading the book and doing the 2 instructions. Like I said before, I'm a week in and I'm really excited. I want to be one of those people who walk in the light lol. I know a few people like that and I know this happy high vibration life is possible for me too. Thanks Pam for a great book that has improved my life by leaps and bounds after just a week. I'm looking forward to the next three.

Wonderful book to read!
This is such a wonderful book. I just loved it. I think it is written very freshly and it makes you think a lot. I love the idea of doing an experiment for 30 days being grateful. The author really writes very well and you cannot leave the book down. I really loved this author and her concepts and I will definitely follow those concepts. I just loved the book and think that everything this author writes is really good and she makes you feel upbeat. I will definitely read anything this author writes. I love her style.

So Grateful I found this book.
What a great book. For over a year now I have kept a gratitude journal. This book takes you beyond just writing down what you are grateful for daily. I have told everyone I get together with about this book. "Something amazingly awesome is going to happen to me today" is from the book. Read it and use the guidance found within. You will be grateful to yourself for following that little voice in your head that says, "Maybe I should read this book".

Truly Life Changing!
As an avid reader, it's not unusual for me to finish a book in a week or less. This book? Less than three days. The author's words are not only inspiring, funny, and life-changing...they are practical and actionable, too. I started the 30-day practice immediately and already can feel the shift - the awesome tug of the universe pulling at my pony tail. Anyone who is tired of reading self-help, but still needs help - this is THE book. The last one you'll ever need. Thank you! Thank you!

My frequency
I have been noticing the fun in life and have instituted grateful Ness and thankfulness in my daily life. I have learned to enjoy the journey and not worry about where the path is headed (most days). This book affirms my thoughts. Not that affirmation is required, but it is nice to read about party games that vibrate on my frequency.

Thank you, Pam Grout
I read 2 of Pam Grout's previous books and was looking forward to this one, read it in one day. It is great, better even than E Squared, in fact a deeper book though keeping the upbeat humorous style. It is about how gratitude can transform your life and help to transform the world. There are lots of enjoyable exercises to help you on your way. Can a book be fun and truly spiritual at the same time? This is. I loved it.

Another great book by Pam.
Like her other books, Pam has a knack for uncovering and illustrating the truth in a very simple and easy to follow way. I've been putting her advice to work and can honestly say my life is all the better for it.

Very disappointing
I like Pam Grout. Her E-square and E-cube books are good, and I like her fun and empirical approach to the Law of Attraction. That's why I was very disappointed with this book.It is a 28-day programme (exactly like The Magic) to help the reader tune into the "joy and gratitude" channel, and live a happy and abundant life. However, while The Magic is a detailed programme that accompanies the client on a progressive path, Pam Grout's book can be summarised in just one sentence: "If you tune into the joy and gratitude frequency, you will attract everything you want in life". This sentence is repeated every other paragraph. Some days the programme is just "dance". Or "laugh".And on the other hand there are some very important concepts that are mentioned and not at all explained. And this is the worst part of it.It is very common knowledge of everyone who reads books about the LoA that we need to be happy and grateful to be in tune with the universe. But, I'm sorry, "start dancing in the middle of the street or when you are at the airport" does not do the trick, and I definitely do not need to spend a tenner to read that. The whole book could have been summarised in one article, and it would have been more effective. If you are interested in reading something about a 28-day path to learning to be more grateful, I highly recommend to buy The Magic instead.Sorry, Pam. After reading E-square, I was expecting much more from this book.

Absolutely Amazing
Start each day on the high-vibe frequency of love and gratitude. Great anti-dote to the stressful lives we so often fall into. Feeling sad and looking for a boost of happiness? Daily gratitude and playing the party games will do that for you.I am going to read again and continue the fun. Thank you

I'm sure reading would be better than listening to the audio
I got this on audio and the author reads it in a fast paced, often 'gabbling' fashion that doesn't really stick. Sometimes I turned it off because I couldn't bear to be 'yapped at' rather than 'read to'.

Brilliant
Love Pam Grout, love this book, definitely NOT just another self help book or a book about manifesting monetary riches. This book reminds us that it's all about following what makes us happy, being thankful for everything and watch as we are given more and more to be thankful for! Will be re-reading though s over and over..... Thank you ❤️
