I am a little bit disappointed that the product did not work as it should and I need to return it for a refund. I had a family emergency and have been away all this time but I would still like to return it for either an exchange or refund

The box is great. You can do a lot with it if you know what you doing . Only thing is the remote could be better . But i found out you can use any wireless mouse or wireless 2.4GHz USB Remote so that can make the experience better. Hope they upgrade the remote soon
