Chair arrived in pieces. No manual, no instructions except for one faded page that didn't actually cover the chair assembly! One or more casters were bent, making the chair wobbly in several directions. I was promised casters and manuals - none arrived. One email gave partial information on how to tilt the seat forward, but I'm not sure that function is working properly. I am a very, very unhappy camper - and as near as I can tell I'm out close to $750 bucks with nothing but a piece of crap, wobbly chair to show for it!

The chair arrived today. I had to do some minor assembly. After some adjustment I was able to get all the controls working, so all good.Is it new? that is another question. The mesh has no wear and the arms look good. But the actual frame and plastic of the chair have what appears to be wear, and one screw is missing, not in the box, and the plastic by the hole is broken.

Had these chair when I worked in an office. Got one for home a couple of years ago. Wife "borrowed" it on a seemingly open ended deal. So I bought another. A lot of money but your body will thank you after you spend a couple of hours in it to complete a project.

The support responded quickly and the missing parts shipped within a week. Assembled ok. Nice Chair.

I needed to replace my last chair that I literally broke by leaning in it. I have sat in this chair for 5 mins and it has changed my life.

well made. easy to put together. a good office chair

arrived on time, chair is well made, very comfortable. can be adjusted many positions. really good back support.love it!
