Great knife at a fantastic price
Comfortable, no nonsense knife that does everything you want it to easily..dry immediately after cleaning though or rust blooms appear on it high carbon content blade. Takes an holds a fine edge with a little patience. I have better . But I use this one the most because it's a pleasure to use in the kitchen.

Brilliant knife
This was a bit bigger than I'd expected for a paring knife (I really should check the measurements in the description!!) but it's a brilliant knife. Very sharp and ideal for vegetables and hard fruits. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

Great small knives for your kitchen.
Three very useful sharp knives for food preparation. Good quality handles and strong blades that dont flex when you cut something hard.

Alright knife for £6.50 - Better recommendation inside review.
I guess it's okay for the £6.50 I paid, but it's no way near as good as the same company's "Sabatier Trompette" 15cm chef's knife which cost me about £7 (in a set of 3 knives which cost £21 total). Link; Richardson Sheffield 3-Piece Sabatier Trompette Knife Starter Set, SilverPROS:It's fairly comfortable to hold, but not quite as nice as the Sabatier Trompette series.Seems well made, sharp out of the box.Slices very well, and goes through food easily.Decent size, but just a bit too much on the bigger size for my preference. Can scoop food extremely well due to being wide.It has cutouts on the side of the blade to reduce sticking. So far I have had no sticking of food to it.CONS:The grind on it starts where the cutouts are on the blade, far too close to the edge (as you can see in the official photo above). This means the blade wants to tilt a bit when cutting (it wants to tilt away from you, so it exits the food before you reach the chopping board), which is not a big problem, I can just adjust the angle of the blade as I cut, but it's really not as nice as a really thin full flat ground blade (as you can see in my photo below), which just goes straight down much better. Conclusion:Good value for money, but there are better options.I've added a photo of all my knives from this brand (sorry I don't have a good photo of this specific knife). The front two are AMAZINGLY good at cutting due to their shape. I'll add a review of them here: Richardson Sheffield 3-Piece Sabatier Trompette Knife Starter Set, Silver

Great bread knife
Finding a ‘traditional’ bread knife at a reasonable price was hard work with the new knife laws. I was so pleased to have found this one.Delivery wasn’t straight forward as I had to be present and prove ID but it was worth it.
